How do we know we can trust you?

Where do we pick-up our car?

Delivery and Collection can be at Airport or at our Airport VIP Depot. We provide a free shuttle bus service too and from our Depot.

What happens if I breakdown or have an accident?

Stay where you are, call us on our 24 Hr Helpline and we’ll get someone out to you immediately. Failing to do so may result in your insurance policy becoming null and void.

Do you cater for infants or children?

We have a wide selection of high quality EU standard child cots, baby seats and boosters for our little friends. Please reserve at time of booking as to guarantee availability.

Some car hire companies are selling cheaper?

There are many sites on the internet offering cheap rentals, however very few of these are licensed, bonded and insured. When booking your holiday you made sure that you booked through a secure flight company and tour operator. Car hire is just as important especially when you are in a foreign country. For that reason we offer extremely competitive rates whilst keeping high standards of insurance and client emergency support, trust in us, we are by your side.

How do I pay for the rental?

Payment is made at time of rental by cash or credit card, however we do need a pre-paid amount of 30% for all bookings to be reserved. This payment is made through our site using your credit card.

Is their a delivery charge?

Delivery and collection is free except for out of office hours (20.00hrs – 08.00hrs)

Is it possible to take the vehicle off the island of Zakynthos?

No, it is not possible to take the car off the island of Zakynthos due to insurance policies not covering ferry transfer for rental vehicles. Any vehicles taken off the island are classed as un-insured. All responsibility for any damages and re-patriation lie soley on the renter.

How do I pay for the rental? Can more than one person drive the vehicle?

It is possible to have two drivers per vehicle.
